2. Scope
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded between DAWNWARD and any consumer making a purchase on the website https://dawnwardshop.com DAWNWARD Official Store
All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
They prevail over any other document unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Products and manufacturing model on demand
The products offered (t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, tote bags, accessories) are manufactured on demand , via a unit printing system ( print-on-demand ).
This model guarantees:
No overproduction , therefore zero waste;
Sustainable production , only on order;
Choice of quality textiles and a lasting impression.
Minor variations in shade, placement or print size may occur and do not constitute a defect in conformity.
The product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.
4. Price
Prices are expressed in euros including VAT (all taxes included) and excluding delivery charges , which are specified before order confirmation.
DAWNWARD reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with products being billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
For deliveries outside the European Union , taxes or customs duties may be required by local authorities. These fees remain at the customer's expense .
5. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed exclusively via SHOPIFY .
An order is considered as final after payment has been validated.
Accepted payment methods:

PayPal,
Or any other method offered at the time of purchase.
Payments by check are not accepted.
Only secure electronic payments offered on the site are allowed (credit card, PayPal, SEPA transfer or Shopify Payments partner solutions).
The order is considered final upon validation of payment.
Transactions are secured through an approved service provider.
DAWNWARD never has access to the customer's bank details.
6. Production, printing and delivery
The production, packaging and delivery of products DAWNWARD are provided by our partner PRINTFUL , a third-party company specializing in print-on-demand and e-commerce logistics.
PRINTFUL, Inc. , whose headquarters are located at 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273, USA , with operating subsidiaries in Europe (Latvia, Spain, United Kingdom, Poland), acting in the capacity of technical service provider on behalf of French and Com' ( DAWNWARD ) .
In this regard:
PRINTFUL handles the printing, production, preparation and shipping of Dawnward orders.
PRINTFUL is solely responsible from the proper material execution of the products (printing, sewing, textile quality) and from transport until handover to the carrier.
In the event of In the event of a manufacturing defect, model error, or logistical problem , Dawnward forwards the claim to Printful, which proceeds with the replacement or reshipment of the product.
DAWNWARD assures the customer relations (monitoring, communication, after-sales service) and the administrative management of orders.
Estimated delivery times:
Production: 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery: 3 to 7 working days in Europe, 5 to 15 working days outside the EU depending on the destination and the carrier.
A tracking number is provided upon shipment.
During periods of high activity (drops, limited editions, holidays), delivery times may vary.
In case of loss, delay or damage to the package, the customer must contact the customer service DAWNWARD, which will forward the claim to PRINTFUL .
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Direct exchanges are not possible. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully refer to the size chart in the product description and the information on the product page.
For a change of size or model, the customer must go through a new order after validation of the possible return, the delivery costs of which are borne by the customer.
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. Under the Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day deadline to exercise your right of withdrawal on the products non-personalized .

DAWNWARD creations being printed on demand and offered in limited quantities , they are considered as custom within the meaning of the law.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds Therefore, it will not be possible. except in case manufacturing or delivery error (regarding a size different from that mentioned on your order) defective product or non-compliance with the description.
By validating the order and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer expressly acknowledges that any return will result in a credit note valid for 12 months , usable on the entire site.
No monetary refund will be issued , except where required by law (e.g., product not deliverable).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the delivered size does not match the ordered size. In that case, a refund of shipping costs or a credit note will be possible if the customer has complied with the return conditions.
In case of manufacturing defect, model or printing error, or damaged package, the customer has 14 days after receiving your order, please contact customer service at dawnwardrockclothing+support@gmail.com with supporting photos and the subject line: return request.
In your email you will specify the order number , the name , the product concerned and the problem concerning the order with supporting photos to support your request (if necessary).
You will then receive a response by email.
Returned products must be:
unworn, unwashed and undamaged ,
in their original packaging (if possible)
accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).
Non-compliant returns (worn, washed or damaged items) will not be refunded or exchanged.
After validation of DAWNWARD, PRINTFUL proceeds with the replacement or reshipment free of charge. Failing that, a to have The amount paid will be issued.
No cash refunds will be issued.
Return conditions (defect/error only)
In case of error or defective product, returns must be sent to the following address:
Returns should under no circumstances be automatically sent to the seller's address or the manufacturer's address.

No parcel returned without prior agreement will be accepted or processed.
Without authorization, the packages:

THE return shipping are the responsibility of the client. unless :

In these cases, the shipping costs will be refunded upon presentation of proof.
After receiving and verifying the return, the refund is processed within 14 days maximum via the initial payment method or in the form to have (at the client's request).

No personal data is sold to third parties.

12. Force majeure
Dawnward cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to an event of force majeure (strike, logistical crisis, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.).

Dawnward reserves the right to cancel, modify or postpone any operation in the event of fraud, technical malfunction or force majeure.
