2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on the DAWNWARD website by customers located in the United States or internationally.
By placing an order on the website, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
These Terms prevail over any other document unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
3. Products & Print-on-Demand Manufacturing
All DAWNWARD products (t-shirts, hoodies, caps, tote bags, accessories) are produced on demand using a print-on-demand model.
This means:
No overproduction
No excess inventory
Reduced textile waste
Each item is produced only after the order is placed
Each design is based on original artwork and printed individually.
⚠️ Minor variations in color, print placement, or size may occur due to the nature of on-demand production and do not constitute defects.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.
4. Prices & Taxes
All prices are displayed in USD (U.S. Dollars) unless stated otherwise.
Prices include applicable taxes where required and exclude shipping costs, which are displayed before order confirmation.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
DAWNWARD reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time of order validation.
5. Orders & Payment
Orders are placed exclusively through the DAWNWARD website using Shopify.
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully processed.
Accepted payment methods include:

PayPal
Any other payment method offered by Shopify at checkout
DAWNWARD does not store or have access to customers’ banking information. Payments are secured via certified third-party payment processors.
6. Production, Fulfillment & Shipping
DAWNWARD products are printed, fulfilled, and shipped by Printful, Inc., a professional print-on-demand fulfillment provider.

Printful handles production, printing, packaging, and shipping
DAWNWARD manages customer communication and after-sales support
Estimated timelines:
Production: 2–5 business days
Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Shipping (International): 5–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during limited drops, holidays, or high-demand periods.
A tracking number is provided once the order ships.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because all DAWNWARD products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for size issues, incorrect selections, or change of mind.
For orders shipped within the United States, no physical return is required in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, printing error, or incorrect item received.
If an issue occurs, the customer must contact DAWNWARD within 14 days of delivery, providing the order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once the claim is validated:
A replacement will be issued at no cost, or
A refund or replacement will be issued at no cost, depending on the nature of the issue.
👉 Under no circumstances will U.S. customers be asked to return products to France or to any international address.
This policy allows us to:
Avoid unnecessary international shipping
Reduce environmental impact
Ensure faster and fair resolution for our customers
⚠️ No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
⚠️ Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible.
This policy complies with U.S. consumer protection standards applicable to made-to-order and custom products.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
DAWNWARD shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased on the website.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
9. Intellectual Property
All DAWNWARD content—including designs, illustrations, logos, texts, images, and branding—is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
10. Personal Data & Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

DAWNWARD shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or technical failures.
13. Promotions, Drops & Giveaways
DAWNWARD may organize limited-time drops, promotions, contests, or giveaways.
Participation rules, duration, and conditions are specified for each campaign.
DAWNWARD reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion in case of fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
